Post 16 Education Law - Managing the Transition

With our partner schools below, we shall be speaking at information evenings to advise on post 16 Education Law. This will be valuable for anyone seeking to secure appropriate educational provision after compulsory school age. The seminar will cover how to negotiate with Local Authority to obtain a proper learning plan. This will of course also include how to secure specialist post 16 provision whether you hold a statement of SEN or not.

The key speakers will include Mr Michael Charles Partner and Head of the Education Law Team at Sinclairslaw. He was the conducting solicitor in the only two leading cases on the subject of post 16 Law. The seminar will also cover the availability of legal aid since Government reform. Another key speaker will be Vivienne Clifford one of the UK's leading Educational Psychologists and the expert cited in both the leading authorities.
