Stephanie is one of the firm’s Solicitors based in our Twickenham office. She graduated with a first class law degree from Aberystwyth University in 2012 and continued her studies, obtaining a Masters in Human Rights and Humanitarian Law in 2013. In 2014 Stephanie moved from Cardiff to London to study her LPC part-time whilst working for a leading specialist law firm in Equality Act claims, often dealing with very sensitive situations.
Stephanie pursued a career in Law because of her passion for helping those most vulnerable in society.
Stephanie completed her first seat in the Education Law department, training with CEO Michael Charles, Director Adam Friel and Associate Solicitor Kevin McManamon. Stephanie assisted on a variety of cases including; SEN appeals, university appeals at both the internal and OIA levels, fitness to practice appeals, disability discrimination claims, exclusions and judicial reviews.
In addition to her Education Law experience, Stephanie finished the final part of her training in the Private Client department under the tutelage of Director Vanessa Collins, head of Private Client, and is happy to advise clients on a variety of private client matters, including:
- Lasting powers of attorney
- General powers of attorney
- Deputyship applications
In her spare time Stephanie has a keen interest in history and travel, taking every opportunity to visit places of interest in the UK and abroad. She enjoys volunteering and has assisted a variety of teams in her spare time, including; the Ceredigion Youth Offending Team; as well as the Anti Trafficking and Labour Exploitation Unit.
