Sarah Taylor (Sally), studied law in South Wales, graduating with a first class LLB honours degree. She went on to complete the Bar Vocational Course at BPP School of Law in London, being assessed as “very competent” and being Called to the Bar of England & Wales in July 2009, going on to dual qualification and being admitted to the Solicitors’ Roll in 2011. Prior to returning to university to study law, Sarah worked for the Home Office in Central London for almost ten years, having experience in Criminal Injuries Compensation claims, the Mental Health Unit and Immigration and Nationality. Sally is also Employment Lawyers Association member.
Sarah worked for Sinclairslaw part time as an undergraduate and has recently returned to the firm, having represented clients on behalf of the Citizens Advice Bureau in Employment Tribunals and Disability Living Allowance appeals. Sarah is a fully accredited Police Station Adviser and is acknowledged as having expertise in Advanced Criminal Litigation, Road Traffic Law and Public Law.
Sarah is undertaking work, representing clients in Employment matters, Road Traffic Law proceedings (for example totting up and drink driving), Disability Living Allowance appeals and other Welfare Benefits Tribunals and will be offering a free half hour consultation to advise on the merits of such cases. She will also be advising clients in the free legal surgeries that will be held at Canton.
