Andrew Barrowclough practises within the firms Education Law Department.

Having achieved a first class academic background, Andrew read Law at the University College Cardiff, and thereafter achieved a commendation at the school of Law Cardiff in his professional examinations.

He started with Sinclairs in August 2005 . His determination and enthusiasm in representing the needs of children saw his placement within the firms education law Department where Andrew has had great success particularly in admission and exclusion cases and special educational needs. He has been involved in a number of important judicial review cases, including matters relating to the social care of children and their families.

His hobbies include swimming and golf.
