Since then Robert has obtained a wide range of experience dealing predominantly with most areas of general litigation with a preferred bias towards Employment law.

Robert joined Sinclairs in July 1999 since which time he has dealt with all aspects of employment law both contentious and non-contentious to include advising on Compromise agreements and dealing with cases involving the different forms of discrimination, unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, redundancy and health and safety issues.

Robert also has a great deal of experience in dealing with personal injury claims.
