How do I create a civil partnership?

Notice must be given 15 days before signing and a Civil Partnership Schedule will be issued which is to be taken to the partnership registrar if no objections have been made within the 15 day period. The process is then simply that you must sign in front of a civil partnership registrar with two witnesses present who also sign.
