Study Visa

The UK Study Visa Category is split into several sub-categories providing information on how non-EU nationals can enter the UK with the intention of studying at a UK school, college or University. The UK Border Agency provides a list of approved educational institutions from which you can select a place of study.
The sub-categories of the UK Study Visa category include:
Tier 4 - UK Student Visa
Tier 4 Works on a Points Based System and offers overseas students the opportunity to gain recognized qualifications from some of the world's leading Universities in the UK.
Student Visit Visa
UK Student Visit Visas are for temporary students who are studying on courses of six months duration or less.
Prospective Student Visa
Prospective Student Visas are for people who intend to study in the UK, but have not yet been accepted on a course of study. Prospective students can be granted a Visa for up to six months in order to explore their educational options in the UK. However, once the six month duration has expired, the holder is expected to leave the UK.
