Tier 2 Visa

The Tier 2 Visa category is split into several sub-categories providing information on how non-EU nationals can enter the UK for the purposes of work.
The sub-categories of the Tier 2 Visa category include:
Tier 2 - Work Permit
A Tier 2 Work Permit goes hand in hand with a UK Licensed Sponsor. Before a Tier 2 Work Permit can be approved you must first have a Sponsor in the UK.
Tier 2 - Change of Employment
If you are in the UK with a Tier 2 Visa you may wish to change employment. The process of obtaining a Certificate of Sponsorship and a reassessment against the Points Based System (PBS) will need to be repeated.
Tier 2 - Intra Company Transfers (ICT)
ICT's allow multi-national employers to transfer overseas employees to a UK based office to fill a specific position which they have been unable to fill from the local workforce.
