Buying or selling your property?
With recent market increases, a property is probably now the most
expensive individual asset that you will own throughout your lifetime.
If you are moving up/down the property ladder or maybe buying a property
for the first time, it is important for your own peace of mind, that
the process is dealt with by experienced staff who act on your behalf
in a professional manner.
It is hard to find any other property law department that can have
greater experience in this area of the law. The department is headed
by Mr. Russell Jenkins and Mr. Griff Morgan who are lawyers with over
30 years of combined experience.
HOME INFORMATION PACKS
From 14 December 2007, all Home Owners in the UK are now under a legal obligation to provide potential buyers with a Home Information Pack when they wish to sell their property, as a result of new legislation now in force.
Under the Home Information Pack (No.2) Regulations 2007, all residential homes on the market will need to have certain information readily available for the buyer, including an Energy Performance Certificate, as well as results of various searches on the property.
All of this can seem overwhelming, especially considering the plethora of new organisations which aim to specifically target bewildered sellers, who are left anxious and confused about the costs involved in the process and what their obligations are.
At Sinclairs we can prepare all the necessary documents needed for your Home Information Packs. We do so at an extremely competitive rate, with no fuss or confusion, making the sale process as stress free as possible for our clients.
Please contact our conveyancing department for further information.
