Sinclairs Criminal Law Department
is based in our Cardiff office in Canton and is headed by Partner
Mr. Greg Evans.
The team comprises, Mr Greg Evans and Mr Griffith Morgan,
who are both members of the Cardiff
Police Station and Magistrates Court Duty Solicitor Schemes, in addition
to a well organised support team. The firm has been awarded a Criminal
law Franchise by the Legal Services Commission to provide a quality
service to our clients, and we now handle a wide variety of criminal
matters which range from Road traffic Offences in the Magistrates
Court to more serious crime at Crown Court level. Representation can
be provided in the Youth Courts, Magistrates Courts, Crown Courts
and Higher Courts, in addition to representation at a Police Station
in the early stages of an investigation.
We deal with all areas of defence work relating to prosecutions whether
they are brought by the Crown Prosecution Service or other Government
Agencies such as the Department of Social Security and Local Authority
Trading Standards or Health and Hygiene Departments.
