Robert North
Robert qualified as a solicitor in January 1992 joining Sinclairs in July 1999 since which time he has created a broad civil practice with a particular bias towards employment law, care proceedings, personal injury and general civil litigation. Robert appears regularly before a range of Courts including County Court, High Court and Tribunals on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants.
Robert has dealt with all aspects of employment law both contentious and non contentious to include advising on Compromise Agreements, dealing with cases involving the different forms of discrimination, unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, redundancy and health and safety issues.
Robert also has a bias towards public law work having dealt with numerous child care proceedings acting on behalf of parents and grandparents.
