Stephanie joined Sinclairslaw in April 2016 as a Trainee Solicitor and is based in our Twickenham office.
Stephanie graduated with a first class law degree from Aberystwyth University in 2012. She continued her studies and obtained a Masters in Human Rights and Humanitarian Law in 2013.
In 2014 Stephanie moved from Cardiff to London to study her LPC part-time whilst working for a leading specialist law firm in Equal Pay and Equality Act claims. Stephanie had responsibility for large numbers of clients within various group claim actions against employers, often dealing with very sensitive situations.
Stephanie has gained considerable experience within the education sector, specifically work based learning provisions dealing with hard to engage young people. It was her time here, working in the practical side of the provision of alternative education, which fuelled her passion for human rights and combating discrimination.
Stephanie believes that every child has a right to education, to assist those whose access to education is restricted is a privilege. Having seen the life changing benefits the right educational environment can provide is astonishing, and is the driving force of her passion.
Stephanie joined Sinclairslaw because of her passion for helping those most vulnerable in society. With her experience in discrimination law and experience of young people falling through the local authority protection net, Stephanie’s first seat is with the Education team.
In her spare time Stephanie has a keen interest in history and travel, taking every opportunity to visit places of interest in the UK and abroad. She enjoys volunteering and has assisted a variety of teams in her spare time, including; the Ceredigion Youth Offending Team; as well as the Anti Trafficking and Labour Exploitation Unit.
