School Bullying – what schools and parents need to know
A rare opportunity to attend a presentation on school bullying delivered by some of the UK’s leading professionals in educational psychology, and psychiatry and law.

Presentation /discussion on the Additional Learning needs Bill at 6pm 25th November 2015 at Cardiff City Stadium by Michael Charles CEO Sinclairslaw
The Welsh Assembly Government have now published the Additional Learning Needs Bill which will substantially change the law relating to meeting the needs of those with learning difficulties in Wales.
The consultation will end on 18th December 2015.
The law will fundamentally change the way schools and colleges will operate insofar as meeting the needs of those under a disability.
Key changes include:
- The duty to undertake statutory assessments will be abolished.
- Statements of SenEN will be scrapped and replaced with Individual Development plans which will extend to the age of 25.
- Further education colleges and schools will be obliged to meet the needs of those under a disability and shall have to prepare and maintain plans.
Sinclairslaw is headed by Michael Charles, a specialist Solicitor who has specialised in eEducation lLaw for over 20 years. He has been involved in many of the leading cases in education, some of which have led to the changes in the law in England, which led to resulting in the introduction of the Children and Families Act 2014.
On 25th November 2015, Mr Charles and his specialist department will be hosting a discussion over in relation to the changes in store for schools, colleges and individuals in Wales. The discussion will allow attendees an insight into the full ramifications of the Bill and will provide invaluable assistance to enable consultees preparing a response to the Bill by the deadline which is set for 18th December 2015.
