In 2024, Talia successfully completed both elements of the solicitor's qualifying examinations thereafter joining Sinclairslaw as a trainee solicitor until qualification in December 2024.
Talia undertakes instructions in the following areas:

Talia has worked on a range of matters in this area including disputes involving the validity of wills, undue influence, promissory estoppel, inheritance act claims and applications in respect of the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
- Educational Negligence / Professional Negligence
Owing to the firm’s large education practice, our litigation team receives a large number of instructions involving disputes with educational providers such as independent schools and Universities. Talia plays a key role within the litigation team assisting and providing advice to clients in claims of this nature.
