Sinclairslaw are delighted to announce the appointment of Helen Gill and Christopher McFarland as Directors.
Helen Gill: Is the firm’s Head of Public Law and she specialises in public law, education law and community care. In her recent Chambers and Partners Ranking Helen is described as “dedicated, experienced, intelligent and client-friendly” with “a good strategic mind for cases. She is forceful in strategy, strong on written submissions and persuasive”
Christopher McFarland: Joined the firm in 2013 as a trainee solicitor and has risen internally through the ranks to lead the education and public law team in our Cardiff office. Described as “genuinely caring, professional and thorough” by his clients, Christopher was key figure in delivering the firm’s recent success in the landmark case of R (Gardner) v Secretary of State for Health and Social Care & Ors [2022] EWHC 967 (Admin) among many other cases.
