Another live seminar will take place at 6.15pm on 4th June 2018. After the incredible success of the anti bullying seminar in 2017 which saw viewing numbers exceed 15000, another free event has been announced. This one however will be different. Sinclairslaw has for 2018 produced a drama based on true events. It follows the story of 12 year old fictional character Jonathan Fletcher, who has autism and is placed at a mainstream secondary school. He has a difficult time so his parents fight to secure a place for him at a special school Watch as they take his case to tribunal and ultimately the courts. A panel including experts will discuss the story live from London with the event streamed on the Sinclairslaw Facebook page, you tube, and the Facebook page of our CEO Michael Charles. Guests shall include a family who have experienced these events in real life as well as a legal panel to answer questions. Topics will include Bullying at school. The legal rights. Preparing for a special needs tribunal. How are they won? And Taking actions in court. The event funded by Sinclairslaw is being produced by first class media production company Splitpea Productions and will be hosted by journalist Keith Doyle.
