Sinclairslaw has appointed Lisa Davies as head of its newly-established private client department covering Wales and the South West. Lisa graduated from Oxford University in 1993 with a degree in law before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London, and her training contract with Osbornes Solicitors, London. She has since worked in niche firms across South Wales, including Gabb & Co Solicitors in Abergavenny and Leo Abse & Cohen in Cardiff. Her areas of expertise include wills and trusts, inheritance tax and preserving family assets, and the administration of estates including contested estates. She also advises on elderly client matters, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection cases and has a client base covering much of South Wales.
