Alongside claims in the Tribunal, Sinclairslaw has expertise in bringing or defending claims in the County Court for breach of contract, negligence, discrimination and bullying and are able to advise parents on the ramifications of a child’s age and how proceedings can be affected before and after a child reaches 18.
