Keep up to date with latest legal developments
During these unprecedented times, we understand at Sinclairslaw how vital it is that we keep our services available to clients with as minimal downtime as possible. We must also listen to the Government for the latest advice as well as ensuring the safety not just of our clients and staff but also the wider public.
Whilst we are still open for business as usual we do have many staff working from home so that we are able to continue working on your case as well as still accept new client enquiries. However we have implemented the following procedures with immediate effect:
• All meetings either with clients or prospective clients will now take place by either Skype, Zoom, telephone or by some other remote service. Only if it considered essential by your solicitor and have advanced confirmation from them to meet in person will you be allowed to attend our offices.
• Unless essential (original copies need to be sent, no other way to correspond), all correspondence will sent out by email only.
• If you are aware of the extension number for the staff member you wish to speak with, please enter when prompted on the telephone where possible as this will assist the reception if they are answering telephone calls from home.
We thank you all for your understanding and appreciation to minimise physical contact and unnecessary travel during this time.
